Dr Moonyoung Hong (she/her) is Visiting Assistant Professor in English at City University of Hong Kong and an honorary Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong. Her articles have appeared in Irish Studies Review, Comparative Drama, Études Irlandaises, and TheJournal.ie. She is currently working on her first monograph on playwright Tom Murphy, and translating his plays into Korean. She is co-editing a book on the Irish pub, a multidisciplinary project that explores the significance of the pub in Irish society, culture, architecture, literature, performance and more.
